Presenting your ministry to a prospective ministry partner has just become easier. The Vision and Calling Album has been redesigned and resized for easier use. The smaller size VACA is more professional and very easy to use in a variety of appointment situations. Click here to download PDF files specific to your ministry. Due to the small PDF file size the VACA contents can be quickly downloaded. In addition to the PDF file, you can also download a blank VACA template page in Word format which you can use for adding pictures from your ministry. Also newly produced are an attractive VACA binder and referral forms. You can print the VACA pages on a home color printer. Two VACA pages print out on an 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper. It would be best to take the pages to FedEx Office or an office supply store where you can have the pages cut to 5 7/16 x 8 7/16 to fit into the plastic sleeve protectors. Giving electronically (Bank Transfer, credit card and through give.ccci.org) has been increasing each year and we expect that trend to continue. The Commitment Card is a new tool that you can use when raising support to encourage your new partners, or even existing ones, to give electronically. It can also be used for those who prefer to send their checks in by mail. The cards come in packs of 50 and are free to staff members, all you pay is shipping and handling. The quantity box above is representative of the packs of 50 you would like. Please only enter 1 if you want 1 pack of 50, and so on. IMPORTANT NOTE: Because the tear off flaps contain the staff member's name and account number, Commitment Cards are designed to be used with donation envelopes, either First Gift Envelopes or Staff Support Envelopes. |
